How do I order?
1. Go to Shop and decide which processes you require: a) adding motion b) colourizing c) restoring d) extending background e) retouching. (Your photos may require two or more processes if your photos are old or damaged).
2. Go to the Order Form, select which services you require. Fill up your email address. In the description box please clearly state which photos go with which process. You may add any other requests here. Upload your photos and submit.
3. Add to cart the number of services you require, then make payment.
4. Please scan, or if not possible, take a photo with your phone of the printed photographs in question...trying to avoid glare and reflections and making sure it's as flat and as sharp as possible. The closer to the original, the better the final outcome will be.
5. We will then send the restored photo files back to you within 3 working days.
6. For any other enquiries please use the Contact and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
7. Your photos will be stored with us for 3 months.
